NAF® S 125 Fire Extinguishing Systems

NAF® S 1230 Fire Extinguishing Agent

Safety Hi-Tech® Europe markets FK-5-1-12 under the trade name NAF® S 1230. It is a high molecular weight material, compared with the first-generation halocarbon clean agents. Although it is a liquid at room temperature it gasifies immediately after being discharged through our specifically designed multiple orifice nozzles.

• Approved for use in occupied spaces and included on the US EPA SNAP list
• Suitable for use with Class A, Class B and Class C fires
• UL component recognized agent
• Electrically non-conducting, non-corrosive, requiring no post discharge clean up
• The product has an excellent environmental profile, having a zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP), a very low Global Warming Potential (GWP < 1), and a very short Atmospheric Lifetime (ALT = 0.019 years)

 

NAF® S 1230 Fire Extinguishing Systems

Safety Hi-Tech® Europe is able to supply NAF® S 1230 systems with three different working pressures, all UL Listed under GAQF.Ex6264.

 

• Available in 25 bar system, 42 bar system and 60 bar systems for greatest system design flexibility
• Wide selection of cylinder sizes: 175L/240L for 25 bar systems; from 5L to 120L for 42 bar systems; 140L/160L/180L for 60 bar systems
• High pressure systems easily accommodate remote cylinder installation, freeing up valuable space inside the protected enclosure
• Wide operating temperature range 0°C (32°F) up to +50°C (122°F)
